Be on the lookout this afternoon! The tall ships parade, part of the Sail4th 250 event, will be doing a preliminary parade down the East River today, July 3, from 1pm to 4pm starting at Hell Gate Bridge in Astoria, Queens, and ending at Gravesend Bay in south Brooklyn. Great viewing should be available from the East River Esplanade and Carl Schurz Park!! Don't miss it!
