News March 2018

JPMorgan Chase has announced plans to demolish its headquarters building at 270 Park Avenue early in 2019. The building is located at Park Avenue between 47th and 48th streets and houses 15,000 employees. It will be replaced by a 70- story tower, 500 feet taller than the existing 52 stories, enabled by the planned purchase of unused air rights from buildings in the area.
