Despite eight months of protest from community residents, the New York Economic Development Corp. has not agreed to change its plans for an elevated walkway that would block the sky over Clara Coffee Park, at Sutton Place South and East 54th Street.

Sutton Area Community is appealing to elected officials and will continue to monitor next steps in the project.
