Many thanks to the office of Assembly Member Alex Many thanks to the office of Assembly Member Alex Bores of the 73rd District in securing a $100,000 grant from the State of New York for the Turtle Bay Association! 

This money will be used to purchase and install new trash cans on Second Avenue as part of TBA's ongoing initiatives to help improve and beautify Turtle Bay. 

Many thanks to Julie Roland (L), District Director for Alex Bores, who made the announcement at the Turtle Bay Association's Annual Meeting on November 17, 2025, presenting the "big check" to TBA President, Dolores Marsh (R).

On Thursday, November 20, members of the community On Thursday, November 20, members of the community were invited to a reception to honor and thank outgoing Deputy Inspector Maggie Clamp, Commanding Officer of the 17th Precinct. 
 
Thanks to Rob Byrnes, President of @eastmidtownpartnership for organizing the event, and to @copinettenyc for hosting and for the many delicious hors d'oeuvres!

We appreciate all Deputy Inspector Clamp has done to keep our East Side community safe and well informed over the past few years. She will be greatly missed!
